    I saw a mustang that Bickford was selling. Contacted them through the internet about the car. Daniel contacted me about the detials on the car. He was very funny and helpful with me questions. Being the distance from where I live and where Bickford is. Dan and I did alot of talking and emailing to each other. He even help give a estimate on how much my trade-in would be approx by the pictures I sent him. That was awesome! When we drove up to dealership. Everyone treated us like we were family. You don't see that everyday.
    The deal went so well, I didn't even test drive the car. Because I knew that they stand behind their word. We are currently looking at another Vechicle @ Brickford Ford. We are sure that this is going to be another great experience with Bickford Ford.

    My Review of Bickford Ford-Mercury:
    I've been looking for a field truck for my girlfriend. Was calling around dealerships looking for a mid size. A few said they had something that would work. But when I made it in they would try to sell me something more expensive than I wanted or older. I finally got a hold of Dan Hudson at Bickford. He said he had a Dodge dakota there in my price range. The Dodge just came in on trade in. They said they wanted to run it through their shop before they sell it. Im thankful that they did. They found a vacum leak in the fuel system. And sent the truck over to a dodge dealership to get checked on more dodge specific equipment. Found the minor problem and got it fixed. Dan called me in when it was all done. And even came in on his day off to adjust to my schedule. When I came in he had a carfax report and the what the final price would be after taxes and licensing. I was so impressed with his service my looking changed to buying. I finished up with Eric Berg in finance. I didnt tell them that I wasnt from around there. So the taxes were higher where I was from. I didnt have to say a thing. They just automatically dropped the price down to hit the original quote. Eric was very informative with warranties. And extremely nice. As were all the employees I meet at Bickford. I recommend Bickford and Dan Hudson to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. It will be the first and only place I will go for my next vehicle.

    I have had the most amazing experience with every car I've purchased from Dan Hudson He never has been pushy, he is genuinely interested in getting me the right car for my family, there is little "negotiations" as he gives us the best price from the start. Dan phiser is amazing with maintaining my vehicles. He is so considerate and thoughtful of my budget and is really informative. They are so fair and seem truely concerned with my families well being. I will continue to buy from Bickford!

    My husband and I were both looking for vehicles: an F350 Diesel and a fuel efficient car. Jake Berg was our salesman and he rocked! I have never experienced such a high level of customer service that Jake expressed so naturally.My husband found the truck he loves (comfortable and functional) and I found a Focus Ecoboost that I totally dig (stylish, amazing fuel economy...combined MPG is 40.1...and fun to drive).Michael Holden helped me set up my Bluetooth, etc. and was super. =)All in all, the best car buying experience that I've had.Thanks again ya'll!Vanessa and Jason

    Mike M. was patient and helpful. He answered my questions. He was not pushy. A nice guy who felt genuine not phoney as some salespeople do. Appreciated our tech savy teacher for going over the bells and whistles in our new car. He was great. And the fellow who went over our final paperwork did a great job. I think his name is Chris and hes been there for 20 plus years. The dealership in general gave me a positive feeling about buying and servicing my car there.

    After having the worst experience ever at Ford of Kirkland, I almost didn't consider a Ford and crossed it off my list when I was shopping around for an SUV. But I was encouraged by my wife and a friend at work not to judge a brand because of a lousy car dealer. I then tried Bickford Ford, and boy was it a total departure from the none-existent service over at Ford of Kirkland. The service and folks at Bickford Ford are excellent. From the moment we got to their lot, to the test drive, and to the purchase process - I have nothing but praise on how they made everything smooth during our time at Bickford Ford. This is our very first Ford - a 2016 Ford Explorer Sport. And would like to thank Mike Mauer for an excellent job helping us. Looking forward to do more business with Bickford Ford!

    My husband and I went to Bickford Ford to look at trucks but I spotted the new C-Max Hybrid. Darren M. gave me the key to test drive and answered all my questions I had on a hybrids. We went home to think about it and returned after the week end and this time Darren took the time to give me a driving lesson on hybrids (so much to learn). He is so knowledgeable about all the Ford products, so patient and he never pressured me. I bought the C-Max and love it. My husband is going to wait a little longer for his new truck but we will definitely go back to Darren M. at Bickford Ford.

    My wife and i both feel this was the best dealership we have ever come in contact with. Eric McCarthy was friendly, courteous and professional. We told him what our budget was ( we were looking for a used Ford Mustang) and he was able to help us get a great car at a very good price. We never felt pressured and were always talked to in a calm friendly manner-unlike so many other dealerships.

    The Mustang we bought was clean and in excellent condition. The work Eric told us that had been done WAS done.We are very pleased with the car.

    We would strongly recommend Bickford and Eric if youre in the market for a used or new vehicle. The trip from Seattle was well worth it and we are going to make Bickford our first stop when our daughter is in the market for a vehicle.

    Jeremy Wagner and Eric McCarthy sold my wife and I a 07 HHR we got a great deal no pressure very fast and easy. I have told everyone about them and the great dealership they work for. I will be going back there to buy cars from the two of those guys they were so much fun and made it sooooo easy to say yes!!

He actually showed me this same car several times over several weeks while I did my comparison shopping for the right vehicle for me. I love the laid back assistance that this dealership offers.     We live in the Seattle city limits and used Auto Trader to search for a used truck. When we found a likely candidate at a dealership in Snohomish, we were a little skeptical about driving way up there, but it was worth it! Bickford is a huge truck dealership and I can see why they might be your go-to dealership for a quality truck. We happened to be interested in one of the more inexpensive used trucks on the lot, but we were still treated extremely well (which is as it should be). I think your car buying experience hinges on the sales person you work with and we were lucky enough to work with Jason Bickford, who is fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about Fords and was able to answer all of our questions. He's very calm and laid back - the opposite of the obnoxious used car salesman you'd expect. The whole sales process was seamless and it's clear the dealership has been in business for many, many decades. They have their process down. They performed a service on our truck before we picked it up and when we arrived, the truck was waiting for us up front and they even put half a tank of gas in it (it was nearly empty when we bought it). We were there on a Saturday, and while we were filling out the paperwork customers kept coming in and saying hi to Jason and chatting. It really felt like we were part of a family. A lot of that has to do with the small community that Bickford is part of, but it's also because of how the sales staff interacts. They are all really friendly and it wouldn't surprise me if locals go to the dealership just to hang out and chat. That's the kind of dealership I want to buy from.
