When I have asked about a money making service, they would inform me I did not need it. Other customers whle conversing in the waiting room have stated the same experience and tell their horror stories of other places.
Another customer, from Edmonds, had lunch in Lynnwood with a couple friends. After talking about cars they started talking about Bickford Motors and how great they were. Some other people in the restaraunt overheard and joined the conversation. Others overheard them and joined in also. All told, 8 people from different grps joined in saying how great Bickford Motors was. This customer had driven clear up to Snohomish and was waiting to tell his salesman.
Bickford shows their integrity to me and others repeatedly.
So helpful, no pressure, good honest people. I also love getting my oil changed here!
Best dealership EVER! No pressure = top notch customer service. They let the reputation & the vehicles sell themselves; extreme pleasure to not have the sales staff manipulating & pushing as in other dealers thus missing the sale because most of us will walk! I have been a coustomer with Bickford since about 2005. I have never had any problems with them I keep taking my SUV there for regular maintanence. I have tried a few other places when I was unable to get to Bickfords, but ALWAYS go back out to Bickford. I got a great deal on my SUV and when I go to trade up, I will return there. They are great, courteous and a real blessing to me.

They are an incredible dealership to work with. We have purchased 3 cars in the last 2 years from them. They know their cars and strive to understand their customers needs and to help them in anyway they can. They give you facts and don't push you to buy. And the service department is also great. It's a drive but we take our cars there, since we trust them! Buy your cars there and also take a look at all the trucks they sell - great inventory.
We now have purchased two new vehicles from Bickford Ford. They are such a wonderful family oriented business. There is a no pressure sales staff and there stock of vehicles fills the lots with variety. The sales team is awesome. Erilk Sundvor had been our sales representative for both vehicles. He has recognized our needs and has made each purchase very easy. Bickford Ford was wonderful to deal with. My daughter recently turned 16 and of course wanted a car. Bickford made the process very easy. My daughter loves her car and we are very pleased.
The sales staff is easy to work with and very knowledgeable. They provided the best price on the E250 vans I purchased for the private non-profit that employs me.

Easiest vehicle I ever bought. Most personable salesmen I've ever dealt with. Took about 1.5 hours to look at the trucks, discuss the price, paper preparation, credit check and sign the multitude of papers. Another individual that was exceptionally personable and helpful (and whose name I don't remember was the musician who helped us with all the paperwork. Thanks again.

My daughter sent me to Bickford to see Erik Sundvor and he was AWESOME!!!This was a great hassle free experience for me. I looked around with no pressure and he was there to answer any questions I had. I couldn't have found a better deal on a Ford Expedition. Great service from start to finish.I was left to shop on my own but Erik was there when I needed any questions asked.What I was told at the beginning was true through the whole experience. There was no bait and switch or second sticker price wich is very important to me.

Last year I purchased a great used truck from Bickford. My salesperson was Jason Bickford who was very thoughtful and a lot of fun to work with. He kept an eye out on incoming used trucks, let me know they had one that fit my needs exactly - then I came in and got it for a a price lower than any similar trucks in model, year, and mileage in the State of Washington. Also Theresa breezed me through the loan/paperwork process in minutes not hours.

Our salesman, Erik Sundvor, and the Bickford Team went out of their way to place us in our 2010 Ford Focus in the final hours of the 2009 "Cash for Klunkers" Program. Erik listened to our needs and could not have been more helpful in making sure we could drive home in our new Focus the afternoon we arrived. Of all my previous car buying experiences, this was most enjoyable as we felt no pressure to buy--only a willingness by the Bickford staff to meet our needs. Being raised by one of the finest automobile repairman in Washington State who owned his own repair shop, I have been very impressed by the quality of Bickford's Service Department--we feel the competent and friendly Bickford service staff is well worth the additional 1 1/2 hr drive from Cle Elum to Snohomish--their prices are reasonable as well! We love our Ford Focus! L&N

Went to Bickford to check out 2010 Ford Escape Hybrid and test drive. Eric Sundvor was excellent throughout the process from initial contact to negotiations he tries to work out a deal so its a positive give and take. I didn't initially have intentions of buying when I test drove the Escape Hybrid but I was extremely surprised on my test drive and the interior looked plush. Eric has a even keel personality not overbearing and looks for best deal for his customers. We looked at various packages, options and pricing regarding my Escape Hybrid along with the colors that appealed to me. He understands a good experience buying means more business in the future and that word of mouth is powerful. Very satisfied with my experience at Bickford. I drive 50,000+ miles per year so I turn over vehicles every three years and most definitely will buy again.

My wife and i both feel this was the best dealership we have ever come in contact with. Eric McCarthy was friendly, courteous and professional. We told him what our budget was ( we were looking for a used Ford Mustang) and he was able to help us get a great car at a very good price. We never felt pressured and were always talked to in a calm friendly manner-unlike so many other dealerships.
The Mustang we bought was clean and in excellent condition. The work Eric told us that had been done WAS done.We are very pleased with the car.
We would strongly recommend Bickford and Eric if youre in the market for a used or new vehicle. The trip from Seattle was well worth it and we are going to make Bickford our first stop when our daughter is in the market for a vehicle.

I saw a mustang that Bickford was selling. Contacted them through the internet about the car. Daniel contacted me about the detials on the car. He was very funny and helpful with me questions. Being the distance from where I live and where Bickford is. Dan and I did alot of talking and emailing to each other. He even help give a estimate on how much my trade-in would be approx by the pictures I sent him. That was awesome! When we drove up to dealership. Everyone treated us like we were family. You don't see that everyday.
The deal went so well, I didn't even test drive the car. Because I knew that they stand behind their word. We are currently looking at another Vechicle @ Brickford Ford. We are sure that this is going to be another great experience with Bickford Ford.

Jeremy Wagner and Eric McCarthy sold my wife and I a 07 HHR we got a great deal no pressure very fast and easy. I have told everyone about them and the great dealership they work for. Eric McCarthy was very professional and very friendly helping me to find the perfect used car at the price I needed. All the staff were polite and professional as well. I went back there for an oil change in the service department and everyone was great. I've been looking for a field truck for my girlfriend. Was calling around dealerships looking for a mid size. A few said they had something that would work. But when I made it in they would try to sell me something more expensive than I wanted or older. I finally got a hold of Dan Hudson at Bickford. He said he had a Dodge dakota there in my price range. The Dodge just came in on trade in. They said they wanted to run it through their shop before they sell it. Im thankful that they did. They found a vacum leak in the fuel system. And sent the truck over to a dodge dealership to get checked on more dodge specific equipment. Found the minor problem and got it fixed. Dan called me in when it was all done. And even came in on his day off to adjust to my schedule. When I came in he had a carfax report and the what the final price would be after taxes and licensing. I was so impressed with his service my looking changed to buying. I finished up with Eric Berg in finance. I didnt tell them that I wasnt from around there. So the taxes were higher where I was from. I didnt have to say a thing. They just automatically dropped the price down to hit the original quote. Eric was very informative with warranties. And extremely nice. As were all the employees I meet at Bickford. I recommend Bickford and Dan Hudson to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. It will be the first and only place I will go for my next vehicle.
