Bickford Ford parts and service departments will remain open during the stay-at-home order as the governor has determined that they are essential transportation business. We are honored to continue serving you during this difficult time and are making even more changes to safeguard our customers' and employees' health. We have stopped shuttle service and all loaner vehicles. We are closing our night shift as of the evening of 03/26/20. We are moving all Recall appointments and night oil changes to our Day shift starting this Monday. We stopped washing vehicles and have replaced the wash with disinfecting the interior and exterior handles. We will continue to prioritize repairing police, fire, medical, and other essential vehicles that serve our community.

Our main request is that when you come to the dealership give us a call and stay in your car. Parts will find what you need over the phone before you come out or while you are in our lot and load what you purchased into your vehicle. Service will have a staff member approach and stay more than six feet away to get your vehicle checked in. Thank you for your patience and we are working to make the process as easy and safe as possible.

Our sales showroom is moving entirely digital in accordance with the governor's order and our storefront is closed. We are happy to offer an at home shop and buy experience. Browse our inventory, get a price, we are happy to find the best finance options and then we will schedule a seamless delivery or dealership pickup with all the paperwork ready to go and no waiting.


To our Bickford Customers:

As the coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak continues to spread throughout our community, the safety of our employees and customers is our top priority.

After serious consideration and as of March 16 we have temporarily closed our: licensing storefront, indoor customer waiting areas, service write up area (a service greeter will come outside to you) and retail parts store (call by phone and we will bring the part out to your car or deliver locally). Almost every product or service from our parts, sales or service department is still available just call 1-800-BICKFORD when you arrive (if someone hasn't already found you) and we will have the right person on site ready to help.

We are also having all staff that can do so work from home. We have implemented social distancing among employees and anyone else who visits us and have our sales, parts and service teams working as isolated from each other as possible. Additional sanitizing stations have been at over 15 locations around our facility for the past two weeks along with hourly sanitizing of high contact areas like doors and credit card readers.

Sales department is now working online and we hope to offer home delivery and dealership pickup as soon as Washington State allows - with no face to face contact. We offer and strongly look forward to a vehicle purchase process that can be done entirely without face to face contact through phone, email and text. We also plan to provide at home test drives.

We will continue to work closely with our departments and public health officials throughout Snohomish County and Washington State to understand how to best serve your needs, and serve our customers as soon as local conditions allow. More than ever we are prioritizing serving vital public service vehicles like police, fire, health and others. We will update our customers, employees and business partners as we continue and adapt in this challenging time.

If you or anyone in your household was sick in any way we ask you to please stay home or let us know before coming in or dropping a vehicle off for service so we can do everything to stop the spread of COVID-19. If you are at high risk for the virus or concerned about any part of the process in relation to your health or maintaining potential self quarantine please call us and we will develop a personalized plan to serve you best.
