    My husband and I went to Bickford Ford to look at trucks but I spotted  the new C-Max Hybrid. Darren M. gave me the key to test drive and answered all my questions I had on a hybrids. We went home to think about it and returned after the week end and this time Darren took the time to give me a driving lesson on hybrids (so much to learn). He is so knowledgeable about all the Ford products, so patient and he never pressured me. I bought the C-Max and love it. My husband is going to wait a little longer for his new truck but we will definitely go back to Darren M. at Bickford Ford.

    My Review of Bickford Ford-Mercury:
    Eric McCarthy was very friendly and professional in helping us find the
    right car and within our budget since the wife and I are retired.Bickford
    Motors has a good selection of used and new vehicles.The financing and the
    rest of the process was quick.We strongly recommend Bickford Motors if your 
    in the market for a new or used vehicle.

    My wife and i both feel this was the best dealership we have ever come in contact with. Eric McCarthy was friendly, courteous and professional. We told him what our budget was ( we were looking for a used Ford Mustang) and he was able to help us get a great car at a very good price. We never felt pressured and were always talked to in a calm friendly manner-unlike so many other dealerships.

    The Mustang we bought was clean and in excellent condition. The work Eric told us that had been done WAS done.We are very pleased with the car.

    We would strongly recommend Bickford and Eric if youre in the market for a used or new vehicle. The trip from Seattle was well worth it and we are going to make Bickford our first stop when our daughter is in the market for a vehicle.

    Jeremy Wagner and Eric McCarthy sold my wife and I a 07 HHR we got a great deal no pressure very fast and easy. I have told everyone about them and the great dealership they work for. I will be going back there to buy cars from the two of those guys they were so much fun and made it sooooo easy to say yes!!
    Thank you Bickford for the great experience I have had coming back there for the oil changes and Jeremy coming over and saying hi, even offered me a burger they were having a BBQ that day. I met Mike Bickford he was very nice handed me a Pepsi very humble and pleasent.

    It was a real pleasure dealing with Eric at Bickford Motors. Eric was very professional and helpful through the entire purchase process. I would not hesitate to buy from Bickford again or to recommend others to their well run operation. They delivered on everything they promised. I never felt pressured through the process. You can sense the pride they have in their family run operation. Bickford is my place for future auto purchases.

    Eric McCarthy was very professional and very friendly helping me to find the perfect used car at the price I needed. All the staff were polite and professional as well. I went back there for an oil change in the service department and everyone was great. Eric McCarthy, our sales person who sold me my car, recognized us and offered my daughter and I some coffee or hot chocolate while we were there. I would definitely recommend Bickford Ford and I actually have already.

    In May I bought my first new car at Bickford Ford. My salesman Russ Sumpter was great. He actually showed me this same car several times over several weeks while I did my comparison shopping for the right vehicle for me. I love the laid back assistance that this dealership offers. Make the whole car buying experience enjoyable. Russ was very helpful with showing me my options once I had decided on the right car and he made the purchase steps flow easily.Matt Rice did a great job going over the operation settings and information on my car. He was able to find out an answer to a setting question that I had and gave me that answer in a timely manner. It is nice to have such a professional show me those things that I need to know in order to understand my new car.My experience at Bickford Ford was wonderful and I will recommend Russ and Matt to anyone looking for a car.

    Four Years of Service at Bickford Ford!

    Made an appt to look at a SUV with Bickford's competitor but they sold it so found myself on the internet looking for a new 2016 Edge and saw Bickford's ad on one.  It wasn't the Titanium I wanted but it was a SEL with the leather package so I reached out to them and was dealing with Cayce via email.  He was upfront and forth coming on the price so I made  the 1 1/2 HR drive from Graham to see it.  He had the vehicle already pulled up front for me and was busy so he did what was necessary and sent me off on the test drive.  From there the trade was evaluated and the deal was done.  Once the paperwork was done with Eric, Mike the tech guy was waiting to help me get to know my vehicle (did I mention they closed at 6 but it was 730 or later!). Even though it was way past closing, he didn't make me feel like he was rushing me through the info and was great!
    Would definitely make the 1 1/2 HR drive again to deal with Cayce, Eric and Mike!



    Cayce Miller and Andy Sullivan are excellent representatives that epitomize what good, competent customer service is at Ford. Andy is an asset to the company with his knowledge and patience directing and guiding me through the mechanics of car technology, as is Cayce with his friendly, casual no pressure attitude. They both need recognition for helping and following through with answering questions which is a testament to what seems lacking in this day and age....called "customer service." So my car purchase made for a pleasant experience. I also, like notification when service is needed. Keep up the good work!

    9 Years of Service at Bickford Ford!

    We live in the Seattle city limits and used Auto Trader to search for a used truck. When we found a likely candidate at a dealership in Snohomish, we were a little skeptical about driving way up there, but it  was worth it! Bickford is a huge truck dealership and I can see why they might be your go-to dealership for a quality truck. We happened to be interested in one of the more inexpensive used trucks on the lot, but we were still treated extremely well (which is as it should be). I think your car buying experience hinges on the sales person you work with and we were lucky enough to work with Jason Bickford, who is fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about Fords and was able to answer all of our questions. He's very calm and laid back - the opposite of the obnoxious used car salesman you'd expect. The whole sales process was seamless and it's clear the dealership has been in business for many, many decades. They have their process down. They performed a service on our truck before we picked it up and when we arrived, the truck was waiting for us up front and they even put half a tank of gas in it (it was nearly empty when we bought it). We were there on a Saturday, and while we were filling out the paperwork customers kept coming in and saying hi to Jason and chatting. It really felt like we were part of a family. A lot of that has to do with the small community that Bickford is part of, but it's also because of how the sales staff interacts. They are all really friendly and it wouldn't surprise me if locals go to the dealership just to hang out and chat. That's the kind of dealership I want to buy from.
