Called to get an estimate for some major repair, was told he would call me back Friday afternoon or first thing Monday. Never heard back and every time I call, all the service advisors phones go to voicemails.

I’m a brand loyal customer. And my experience was so unbelievably poor that I traded my car in and purchased a brand new Toyota so that I no longer have to deal with Bickford Ford. Customer service was horrible and turnaround time was ridiculous.
Our F350 unexpectedly needed some major repair after an inspection for check engine light. Danielle and Sandy kept us informed throughout the repairs, and were proactively helpful in dealing with our extended warranty purchased with vehicle from a different Ford dealership. Repairs were completed and Service team went the extra mile to ensure our truck will be dependable going forward.

February 4, 2009 Michael, my service advisor, was very helpful and expedient about scheduling service on my 2009 Ford Taurus X. And Jason quickly serviced the transmission that morning. Next, other techs were great about installing new tires. Then, later that afternoon, I made a last-minute request for a spare key. So Jason leaped into action to program a new key I recently bought at Bickford parts.

Second bronco purchased in a year and still the best customer service, I purchased a 2024 two-door heritage bronco and very stupidly. Sold it in a year later bought a 2025 base model two door bronco and I’m in love my salesman again went above and beyond and got me the bronco I wanted in Oregon and had it shipped up. I absolutely love it and this one I’m keeping Forever!

I am super disappointed in my latest service at Bickford Ford in Snohomish. Over the past 2-1/2 years I have had my truck serviced 3 times which cost me roughly $9,000.
The last service was the 4th and I was getting a similar check engine code as before (P0305) which is a misfire and could be spark plugs or ignition coils; both of which I had Bickford service and I felt that resolving this was going to fall under warranty. xxxx poor service. Shameful sarcasm from service desk -> Marshal. A piece of my bucket seat trim was missing when I picked up truck. Marshal was an xxx when I called asking him to look 4 it. Told me No one was in my truck. Someone drove it around the lot. Bickford Ford is a disgrace to Snohomish County WA.
This is our third car we have purchased with Russ and extremely satisfied with the experience. It is always a no pressure sale and he is a joy to work with.
I have never had a problem with any of the 8 or 9 cars I have bought from Bickford. Dave Burlison has always provided great service at a reasonable price.
Great service, fast, friendly and great communication about the repair. The repair estimate was accurate even a bit less. The customer service associate Marshall was easy to work with and did a great job all around.

This is an overall rating for Bickford Ford. Communication: Poor to unresponsive Service: Overpriced and slow to get things done on time Bickford lacks good management skills, and they need to do a better job! Very disappointing; they used to be good! Lost all my records often make mistakes on charges and they need more technicians to complete timely and thorough service!
The service team have customer service a priority. We were in need of a brake module to be installed in our vehicle. The service team made it happen, even with our time crunch. No other repair shops or dealer were able to help us out. Many thanks to Marshall and the red team at Bickford Ford.

On 1/22/24 I went into Bickford Ford in Snohomish Washington to look at a 2022 Ford F350 Lariat they had for sale. I bought the truck with no issues being disclosed to me whatsoever.. I had the truck for 8 days and drove it maybe 4 times (I wanted to conserve the mileage on the truck considering I drove the xxxx out of my prior truck). Sales at Bickford Ford are typically positive experience while the service department seems to be known in the community as overcharging and not a great experience for their customers.
Levi walked us through the custom factory order process and was great to work with. No pressure and attentive service. I don't think I've had a better experience at a car dealership. And we love our Mustang!

RUN AWAY. Great Price. Everything else has been down hill from there. I purchased a brand new F150 Lightning and was under the impression it was to be shipped to me. Instead, it was driven across state to me adding about 250 miles to my "brand new" truck. Clean, organized, friendly, knowledgeable, professional. We really liked our salesperson, Levi. He made the sales process straightforward and enjoyable.
I trust Bickford service for all of my vehicles. They are knowledgeable, honest, communicative, and the online appointments are easy to navigate.
The sales representative was helpful during the purchasing process. However, despite all the negotiations, the truck I bought was not properly inspected.
- The brake pads were near depletion.
- The DEF was down to one bar.
- The fuel filter was at only 8%.
- There was a significant amount of mold under the seats and seatbelts.
- Scratches and multiple areas of peeling paint appeared after a deep cleaning.
In summary, they fixed all the issues except for the scratches.

I went in for an express oil change and inspection since I just recently moved to Snohomish. I was greeted promptly and quickly checked in. The service time was way faster than I expected and the advisor even provided a service timeline so I can game plan my next services and not be surprised. Very professional experience and very useful information to help me! I love it here!
They did a great job. Timely and early to the appt which was not a problem.
The sales staff, especially the fleet staff are fair and honest and give great advice. I’ve only had contact with the White service team for the most part, but others have helped and are very friendly and knowledgeable.
Recently had some work done on my Ford F150. Marshall and crew in Service took great care of us. My truck is back and in great shape thanks to their efforts.

The BEST around! We are seniors and don’t drive much and Bickford has this awesome service whereby they come and pick up your vehicle, take it in and service it to your requirements then bring it back! Amazing. Only took a couple of hours and we got er done. Needed an oil change, new wiper blades, cabin air filter change, tires rotated. They called to let us know how much was left on the brakes and tires and to take our payment. It was even less than quoted! Thanks Bickford for being an innovative dealership.

Service after the sale does not seem to be a priority for any of the Ford dealers I have interacted with.
I drove my 2004 F150 into the dealer. I reported the problem as no reverse, I heard a big pop and then no reverse. I said I looked up the problem and it looks like the reverse band broke and I'll need a transmission. I even asked a price for rebuilt transmission ($8000), they said they will look at it and let me know. I took my truck in for a water leak and they said they couldn't find it. I called them about it again about the water leak a couple years later after it had sat out in the weather and was told they don't have technicians that do water leaks. Then why did they tell me that there was no problem when I took it in the first time when they don't have technicians that deal with that. I have bought several trucks from them but never again.
Very accommodating to my time schedule would definitely work with them in the future. Nice doing business with them

Enjoyed working with Dave Burlison purchasing a used F-150 for our son. We appreciated the dealership replacing brakes and tires and fixing minor leaks as well as detailing it prior to pickup. Pleasantly surprised to drive off with a full tank of gas as well. Great customer service.
